Puerto Rico Auto Transport Transport Guidelines

Like all shipping companies, we do have rules. Puerto Rico Auto Transport wants your transport experience to be as safe and secure as possible. Please take a look at our standard rules below.

OUR GUIDELINES
• No Personal Items in the vehicle
• There are no COD's, the vehicle must be prepaid.
• We must have a copy of the title, front and back.
• We Must have a copy of the vehicle registration.
• If there is a lien on the vehicle, you must have a letter of authorization from the lien holder.
• Your vehicle must have a 1/4 tank of fuel or less.
• Vehicle owner is responsible for pickup of the vehicle at time of arrival.
• Vehicle owner will be responsible for any charges incurred for failure to pick the vehicle up at time of arrival.
